Coenzyme Q10 in Cellaktiv Q10 is obtained naturally by bacterial fermentation. A natural water-soluble form of coenzyme Q10 has 3-4 times higher blood absorption rate than its oil-soluble form. Cellaktiv Q10 also contains vitamin E and selenium that contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Use: Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule after breakfast, taken with a glass of water.
